双柱坐标镗床数显改造及其误差分析与对策

【摘要】 论述了双柱坐标镗床误差来源和数显改造设计原理,试验研究了机床误差对加工工件误差的影响,并提出了减小误差的方法,消除了镗床误差对工件的影响,效果很好。

【Abstract】 Error sources and digit display renovation principle of two columniation jig borer were discussed.The influence of borer error on workpiece was studied experimentally,a kind of countermeasure to overcome the influence was put forward and it has a very good effect in machining.
