【摘要】 对浙江省6个地市的89家民营企业的1 290名农民工生活现状进行了调查,调查结果表明,农民工的生活方式落后,身心健康不容乐观,一些企业对民工的文娱、健身等精神文化生活不重视,甚至无视,与现代企业制度“以人为本”的经营理念相悖.建议从制度层面入手,构建农民工合法权益保障机制.更多还原

【Abstract】 The result of the investigation and study conducted recently of the life style of the Zhejiang farmer workers shows that their life style is backward,their physical and mental health are not optimistic,and some enterprises don’t pay much attention to or even ignore their cultural life,such as recreational activities,PE,etc.All these go against the humanoriented management idea of modern enterprises.Thus this thesis proposes that systems guaranteeing those people’s legitimate rights and interests be constructed in those enterprises.更多还原
