【摘要】 目的研究宁夏回族乙肝病毒(HBV)基因型分布情况。方法选择宁夏回族HBVDNA阳性慢性乙肝病人共120例,其中病毒携带者(ASC)17例,慢性肝炎(CH)34例,肝硬化(LC)58例,肝细胞癌(HCC)11例,采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法检测HBV基因型。结果120例患者中B型12例(10%),C型101例(84.2%),D型5例(4.2%),C、D混合型2例(1.6%)。结论宁夏回族乙肝病毒基因型分布为C型、B型和D型,基因型C为优势基因型并与严重肝病发生有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the distribution of hepatitis B virus genotype in Ningxia Hui nationality people.Methods HBV genotypes were determined by the restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis in 120 HBV DNA PCR positive patients infected with hepatitis B,including 17 asymptomatic.HBV carriers(ASC),38 chronic hepatitis(CH),58 liver cirrhosis(LC) and 11 hepatocellular carcinoma patients(HCC).Results Of the 120 patients,101(84.2%)were genotype C,12(10%)were genotype B,5(4.2%)were genotype D and 2(1.6%) were infected both genotype C and D.Conclusion Hepatitis B virus genotype B,C,D coexist in Ningxia Hui nationality people,genotype C is the major genotype among than and associated with progressive liver diseases.更多还原
