【摘要】 目的检测信号传导及转录活化因子STAT3在胃癌组织中的表达情况,并探讨其表达与胃癌组织分化程度的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学二步法检测40例胃癌组织和40例正常胃组织STAT3蛋白的表达。结果STAT3阳性信号主要位于细胞浆中。STAT3在胃癌组织中的表达明显高于在正常胃组织中的表达(P<0.01),STAT3的表达在不同组织分化程度的胃癌组织中有显著差异(P<0.01),低分化胃癌组STAT3的表达明显高于高-中分化胃癌组。结论STAT3在胃癌组织中,尤其是低分化胃癌组织中的表达明显增高,JAK/STAT信号传导途径可能在胃癌的发生、发展中起重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of signal transducers and activators of transcription 3(STAT3) in gastric cancer tissues and evaluate with their histological differentiation degree.Methods PV6000 Polymer Detection System For Immuno-Histological Staining was used to detect the expression of STAT3 of 40 cases of gastric cancer tissues and 40 cases of normal stomach tissues.Results Compared with normal stomach tissues,the expression of STAT3 was elevated remarkably in gastric cancer tissues(P<(0.01)).The expression of STAT3 in highly-moderately differentiated cancer group was higher than that of poorly differentiated cancer group.There was the remarkable difference between two groups(P<0.01).(Conclusion) The expression of STAT3 in gastric cancer tissues,especially in poorly differentiated cancer group,was elevated remarkably.JAK/STAT signal transduction pathway may play an important role in the development of gastric cancer.更多还原
