【摘要】 目的建立直接测定氯硝柳胺的方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为C8惰性S il RP8硅胶柱;流动相为甲醇-水(70∶30),紫外监测器检测。结果线性范围为0.232~1.155 m.gL-1(r=0.9995,n=5),平均回收率为99.62%,RSD=0.127%(n=9)。结论所用方法准确简便、重复性好,可作为氯硝柳胺含量测定的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To determine Niclosamide by HPLC.METHODS A C₈ inertia Sil RP₈ silica gel chromatographic column was adopted for separation,with mobile phase of methanol-water（70∶30） and detection wavelength of 236 nm.RESULTS Linearity of the developed HPLC method was good within the range of 0.232 to 1.155 mg·ml^-1,and the average recovery of niclosamide was 99.62%（r=0.9995,n=5） with RSD of 0.127%（n=9）.CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate,reliable and suitable for quality control of Niclosamide.更多还原
