【摘要】 综述了非对映选择醛酮催化氰化加成反应催化剂的发展并提出了可能的机理解释。

【Abstract】 Cyanation addition of aldehydes and ketones is an important reaction in asymmetric addition.This article reviews the recent advance about the application of catalysts and reasonable mechanism explanations in the reaction of diastereoselective cyanation addition of aldehydes and ketones.
