【摘要】 介绍了替代CFC-113使用的氟系溶剂氢氯氟烷烃、氢氟烷烃、全氟烷烃、氢氟醚、氢氟醇的主要性能特点,同时介绍了氟系溶剂的发展状况及存在问题。

【Abstract】 The main properties and characteristics of the fluoric series cleaning solvents as HCFC,HFC,PFC,HFE and HFM for substitution of CFC113 are introduced in this paper.Meanwhile,development trend and question of fluoric series solvents are also concisely discussed.
