【摘要】 使用添加剂提高喷雾干燥脱硫系统的脱硫效率具有操作简单、成本低、功效明显等优点。本文通过试验研究了己二酸、氯化钙、氯化镁和氯化钠对喷雾干燥脱硫系统脱硫效率的影响,并分析了脱硫效率提高的机理。结果表明,加入少量添加剂即可明显提高系统的脱硫效率,从而降低操作费用,提高其经济性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using additive to improve desulfurization efficiency in spray drying absorption flue gas desulfurization（SDAFGD） has many merits,such as simple operation,low cost and obvious effect.In this paper,the influence of HOOC（CH₂）₄COOH,CaCl₂,MgCl₂,NaCl on SDAFGD had been studied.The mechanism of improving desulfurization efficiency had been analyzed.The result indicated that the SO₂ removal efficiency was improved and the expenditure was reduced when additives were added into Ca（OH）₂ slurry in SDAFGD.更多还原
