负载型杂多酸催化剂催化合成油酸正丁酯
Catalytic synthesis of n-butyl oleate by heteropolyacid supportedon TiO2-MoO3
【摘要】 制备了以混合氧化物为载体的杂多酸盐催化剂HPA/TiO2MoO3,以油酸和正丁醇为原料,催化合成了油酸正丁酯。确定了该反应的优化条件:醇酸物质的量比2∶1,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的1%,反应时间60min,反应温度130℃以上,在此条件下,油酸正丁酯的酯化率可达98%。
【Abstract】 The support heteropolyacid catalyst HPA/TiO_ 2-MoO_ 3 is prepared and used in synthesis of n-butyl oleate by oleatic acid and n-butyl alcohol. The effects on the yield of the product are discussed. The optimum conditions are obtained as follows: the molar ratio of n-butyl alcohol to oleatic acid is 2∶1, the amount of HPA/TiO_ 2-MoO_ 3 is 1.0% (based on total mass of reaction substances), the reaction time is 60min and the reaction temperature is over 130℃. Under the optimum conditions, the yield of the product can reach 98%.
