【摘要】 企业信息化的过程也是管理创新的过程,以往的研究缺少对它们之间内在作用模式的研究。在对黑龙江省18家制造业企业信息化的现状进行重点调查的基础上,提出“信息化在前,管理创新在后;管理创新在前,信息化在后;信息化与管理创新同步进行”的三种信息化和管理创新互动模式。不同模式下的信息化绩效存在不同变化规律,信息化建设必须伴随相应的与企业特点结合的管理变革、管理者的支持与重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 The process of enterprise informatization accompanies management innovation,but there have been few studies on the interrelationship between informatization and management innovation.According to the findings of a survey of eighteen enterprise in Heilongjiang Province,three kinds of interaction modes between informatization and management innovation exist in manufacturing industry,including informatization first and management innovation second,informatization second and management innovation first,and synchronization of informatizaton and management innovation.Different mode produces different performance.Therefore,informatization should go hand in hand with management innovation that fits the enterprise’s particular characteristics and consequently win the recognition and support of the management.更多还原
