【摘要】 目的:探讨参芪平消胶囊对S180肉瘤、Lewis肺癌荷瘤小鼠抑瘤作用及EAC荷瘤小鼠生存时间的影响。方法:建立S180、Lewis、EAC荷瘤小鼠动物模型,采用体内实验方法,于给药10d后观察瘤重与生存时间,计算肿瘤抑制率、生命延长率。结果:参芪平消胶囊大、小剂量组对S180肉瘤、Lewis肺癌抑制率分别为37.76%、34.97%与42.18%、32.65%,与对照组相比差异非常显著(P<0.01);该药能明显延长EAC腹水瘤小鼠生存时间,大、小剂量组生命延长率为62.30%、32.79%,与对照组相比P<0.01,而不同剂量组之间存在量效关系。结论:参芪平消胶囊能抑制S180、Lewis实体瘤生长,延长EAC腹水瘤小鼠生存时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the effect of Shengqipingxiao Capsul on S_ 180 tumor carneus, Lewis lung cancer tumor-bearing mice and live time of EAC tumor-bearing mice. Method: The S_ 180 tumor carneus and Lewis lung cancer tumor-bearing mice model were be found. In vivo empirical method was used in experiment. Tumor weight, live time, tumor control rate and life lasting rate were observed after treating 10 days. Result: There were 37.67% and 34.97% in tumor control rate to S_ 180 tumor carneus in over dose and general dose group of Shengqipingxiao Capsul and 42.18% and 32.65% in Lewis lung cancer. There were dose-effect relationship in different dosage. Conclusion: Shengqipingxiao Capsul have function to control the S_ 180, Lewis solid tumor and lasting live time of EAC ascites tumor mice.更多还原
