【摘要】 目的:建立乌鸡地黄胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Hypersil BDSC18柱,流动相为甲醇-水(75:25),检测波长为270nm。结果:丹参酮ⅡA在0.0845~0.2535μg间呈良好线性关系,r=0.9983,平均回收率为98.15%,RSD为1.05%(n=6)。结论:本法专属性强,重现性好,能够控制产品的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish the method for determination of the salviolⅡA in the Wujidihuang capsule.Method: HPLC was used as assay method,and consisted of Hypersil BDS C₁₈ column as the chromatographic column,methanol-water（7525） as mobile phase,the detection wavelength was 270 nm.Result: The salviolⅡA showed a good linearity at the range of 0.0845～0.2535μg,r=0.9983,the average recovery was 98.15%,RSD was 1.05%（n=6）.Conclusion: The method has a strong specificity,good reproducibility,can control the quality of the product.更多还原
