【摘要】 目的:建立HPLC法测定养阴清肺膏中芍药苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶;流动相为甲醇:水(28:72);检测波长为230nm;柱温:室温;流速:1.0ml·min-1;进样量为10μl;理论板数按芍药苷峰计算应不低于2000。结果:芍药苷进样量在0.50μg~2.50μg范围内线性关系良好,r=1.000;平均加样回收率为98.4%,RSD=0.82%(n=5)。结论:本法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于本制剂中芍药苷的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish the HPLC for determination of the content of peoniflorin in Yangyinqingfei ointment. Method: the condition of HPLC was C18 column, the mobile was methanol-water(2872); the detection wavelength was 230nm, the temperature was ambient temperature and the flow rate was 1.0ml·min~ -1 ; the sample size was 10μl, the theoretic plate number can’t be lower than 2000 according to calculation of peoniflorin. Result: when the sample size of peoniflorin was at range of 0.50μg~2.50μg, the linearity was good, r=1.000; the average recovery was 98.4%, RSD=0.82%(n=5). Conclusion: the method is simple, accurate and good reproducibility, so it can be used to determine the content of peoniflorin.更多还原
