人β防御素2基因在衣原体感染女性生殖道组织中的表达

【摘要】 【目的】检测人β防御素-2基因(hBD-2)在正常及衣原体感染的女性宫颈的表达情况及与炎症程度的关系。【方法】采用逆转录聚合酶链反应法(RT-PCR)检测正常及衣原体感染的女性宫颈中hBD-2基因的表达情况,用-βactin作内参照。【结果】在正常及衣原体感染女性宫颈中hBD-2基因均有表达,且衣原体感染的女性hBD-2基因表达比正常女性的强,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。【结论】hBD-2在正常及衣原体感染的女性宫颈中的高表达,提示hBD-2在正常女性宫颈及在衣原体感染中有着重要的防御作用。

【Abstract】 【Objective】To examine human β-defensin 2(hBD-2) mRNA expression in female cervix that was normal or with Chlamydia infection.【Methods】Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) was performed in the examination of hBD-2 mRNA expression in the samples from female cervix that was normal or with Chlamydia infection.β-actin was taken as positive control.【Results】hBD-2 mRNA expressed in female cervix with Chlamydia infection was much more than that of normal cervix,,there was significant difference by statistical analysis between them.【Conclusion】hBD-2 plays an important role in female cervix that is normal or with Chlamydia infection.
