静脉注射四氧嘧啶制备妊娠糖尿病大鼠动物模型
Preparation of animal diabetes model in pregnant rats byintravenous Injection of Alloxan
【摘要】 目的:探讨四氧嘧啶制备糖尿病妊娠大鼠动物模型的理想方法。方法:通过对妊娠大鼠尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶40 mg/kg,观察成功动物模型例数、转阴例数和死亡例数。比较动物模型组与正常妊娠组之间的血糖差异。结果:动物模型组注射后成模率92.3%,转阴率8.33%,死亡率3.85%。糖尿病妊娠大鼠空腹血糖明显高于正常妊娠鼠。所有转阴鼠转阴时间出现在成模1周内。结论:尾静脉注射40 mg/kg是进行妊娠大鼠实验成模的较理想方法。
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the proper method for establishing reliable diabetes model in pregnant rats by injecting alloxan. Methods: The pregnant rats were injected with alloxan 40 mg/kg in caudal vein and successful preparation rate, turning negative rate and mortality were observed. The blood glucose levels were compared between normal pregnant and diabetes pregnant groups. Results: The successful rate was 92.3%, turning negative rate and mortality were 8.33% and 3.85% respectively. The blood glucose level in model group was much higher than that in the control group. All recovery of turning negative happened within one week. Conclusion: Intravenous injection with alloxan 40 mg/kg is a proper method to establish diabetes model in pregnant mice.
