【摘要】 目的:探讨口腔黏膜白斑和鳞状细胞癌组织中Caspase-3的表达及其与口腔鳞状细胞癌发生发展的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测口腔正常黏膜(n=10)、口腔黏膜白斑(n=48)(单纯增生性白斑14例,轻度异常增生性白斑12例,中度异常增生性白斑12例,重度异常增生性白斑10例)和鳞状细胞癌(n=41)组织中Caspase-3的表达。结果:正常黏膜、单纯增生性白斑、异常增生性白斑和鳞状细胞癌组织中均有Caspase-3的表达,且阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.691,P<0.05)。轻、中、重度异常增生白斑组织中,Caspase-3阳性表达率分别为50.00%、83.33%、90.00%,呈逐渐升高趋势(P<0.05)。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级鳞状细胞癌组织中,Caspase-3阳性表达率分别为81.25%、50.00%、36.66%,呈降低趋势(P<0.05)。结论:Caspase-3表达水平增高是口腔黏膜白斑恶变发生发展中的早期事件,可将其作为预测口腔黏膜白斑恶变潜能的重要标志物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim: To study the expression of Caspase-3 in oral leukoplakia and oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) tissue, and the role of Caspase-3 during the development and progression of oral squamous cell carcinoma.Methods:Expressions of Caspase-3 were detected in 10 cases of normal oral mucosa, 48 cases of leukoplakia, and 41 cases of OSCC using immunohistochemical techniques.Results: All groups demonstrated Caspase-3 protein staining. There were statistical differences of Caspase-3 positive expressing rate (χ2=9.691,P<0.05) in all the groups. With the increase of the dysplasia degree, the expressions of Caspase-3 increased from 50.00% to 83.33% and 90.00% (P<0.05). The expressions of Caspase-3 in OSCC group were reduced from 81.25% to 50.00% and 36.66% with the decrease of cell differentiation grade (P<0.05).Conclusion: The overexpression of Caspase-3 is an early event in development of oral precancerous lesion, which may be useful for evaluating the malignant potential of oral leukoplakia.更多还原
