【Abstract】 Resolving the problem of “agriculture, rurality and farmer" is one of the most important work to the Chinese Communist Party. There will be no harmony in the whole social life if there is no farmers’ harmonious life. In the dualistic society, the farmers who are demeaned as second-class citizens are in an unequal position. With the development of the society, the farmers’ consciousness and action of protecting their rights and interests are strengthened and upsurged.
