【摘要】 目的评价肌电反馈神经康复重建仪对急性脑梗死恢复期肌力康复的疗效。方法90例恢复期病人无禁忌证,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组50例,对照组40例,两组病人治疗前的一般情况具有可比性。对照组给予低分子右旋糖酐500ml加胞二磷胆碱750mg静滴,1次/d,15d为一疗程;治疗组,在对照组基础上应用WOND2000F神经康复重建仪对肱二头肌、肱三头肌进行肌电反馈刺激治疗,30min/d,15d为一疗程,五个疗程为一个周期,治疗结束时统计治疗前后单侧上肢肌力的变化。结果治疗组治疗后单侧上肢肌力恢复与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肌电反馈神经康复重建仪对急性脑梗死恢复期肌力康复的疗效满意,有应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To access the curative effect of EMG feedback nerve rehabilitation instrument on convalescents with acute cerebral infarction.Methods In a randomized trial,90 patients without contraindition were devided into treatment group and control group,and treatment group had 50 patients and control group 40 patients.Control group with citticoline 750mg in solution dextran 500ml,intravenous injection daily,fifteen days as a treatment course,treatment group plus WOND2000F nerve rehabilitation instrument,stimulating biceps brachii and triceps brachii,thirty minites daily,fifteen days as a treatment course and five treatment courses as a treatment period in addition to treatment above.To statistically account following changes of muscular force in one limb.Results There was a significantly difference of rehabilitation of muscular force comparision between treatment group and control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion EMG feedback nerve rehabilitation instrument can provide a satisfactory treatment for convalescents with acute cerebral infarction.更多还原
