套袋对石硖龙眼果实品质及贮藏生理的影响
Effect of Bagging on Quality and Storage Physiology of ’Shixia’ Longan Fruit
【摘要】 研究了采前使用不套袋、白色纱网袋、黑色遮阴网、绿色纱网袋、蓝色纱网袋(以下分别称为对照、白袋、黑袋、绿袋、蓝袋)5种处理对‘石硖’龙眼果实品质和贮藏生理的影响.结果表明:5种处理间落果率无显著差异;套袋对果实大小和单果质量影响不一;套袋处理可以显著改善果实的外观颜色,提高其亮度(L*值),增加其色饱和度(C*值),且与对照差异极显著;提高果皮中类黄酮(对照、白袋、黑袋、绿袋、蓝袋分别为2.16、2.67**、2.67**、2.57*、2.60*U.g-1)和花青苷的含量,促进果皮叶绿素的降解,提高果实中维生素C含量(对照、白袋、黑袋、绿袋、蓝袋分别为0.56、0.64*、0.59、0.68**、0.61 mg/g),但对可溶性固形物和可滴定酸含量影响不一;各套袋处理均促进了龙眼4℃贮藏过程中果皮的褐变,改变了龙眼果实在4℃贮藏过程中的生理变化,表现为提高了呼吸强度,促进果皮细胞膜透性的升高,也提高了PPO酶和POD酶活性.
【Abstract】 Effects of pre-harvest bagging,by using white,green,blue screen mesh and black overshadow screen respectively,on the fruit quality and postharvest physiological characteristics of Longan cv.Shixia were studied.Rate of fruit dropping in 5 treatments had no significant difference.Effects of treatments on fruit size and quality were different.Bagging treatments increased significantly fruit lightness,chroma,vitamin C content in fruit,anthocyanin and flavonoid content in pericarp,while reduced chlorophyll content in pericarp.Bagging treatments under 4 ℃ storage increased the brownness,membrane permeability,activities of PPO and POD in pericarp,and respiration rate of fruit.
