人工砂粉煤灰混凝土抗渗性能试验研究

【摘要】 抗渗性是衡量混凝土耐久性的重要指标.本文通过试验测试天然砂和人工砂混凝土的抗渗性能,研究了人工砂对混凝土抗渗性能的影响;选择不同的水灰比、粉煤灰替代水泥率和粉煤灰超量系数进行交叉试验,研究了粉煤灰对人工砂混凝土抗渗性能的影响规律.结果表明:人工砂混凝土在标准养护28d和56d的抗渗性能均低于同水灰比条件下的天然砂混凝土;人工砂粉煤灰混凝土的抗渗性能与养护龄期、水灰比、粉煤灰替代水泥率及粉煤灰超量系数等因素相关,同水灰比条件下人工砂粉煤灰混凝土的抗渗性能高于人工砂混凝土;人工砂混凝土和人工砂粉煤灰混凝土的抗渗性能均随着抗压强度的提高而提高.

【Abstract】 The impervious performance is an important index to judge the durability of concrete.In the paper,tests are carried out of manufactured sand concrete and natural sand concrete to study the effect of manufactured sand on the impervious performance of concrete.Selecting different coefficients of the water to cement ratio,the ratio of cement substituted by PFA and the over weight coefficients of PFA,tests are carried out to study the effects of PFA on the impervious performance of manufactured sand concrete.It has been proved that the impervious performance of manufactured sand concrete after standard maintain of 28d and 56d lower than that of natural sand concrete with the same conditions of water to cement ratio,the impervious performance of manufactured sand fly ash concrete is related to the maintain time,the water to cement ratio,the ratio of cement substituted by PFA and the over weight coefficients of PFA,and the impervious performance of manufactured sand fly ash concrete higher than that of manufactured sand concrete with the same conditions of water to cement ratio.They all increased with the increasing of compressed strength of concrete.
