行人膝关节损伤的计算机仿真研究
Computer Simulation of the Knee Injury of Pedestrian
【摘要】 参照某量产车型建立汽车模型,采用具有较好生物逼真度的多刚体行人模型,建立了汽车与行人碰撞的系统仿真模型.通过改变汽车保险杠、发动机罩等前部结构参数,研究了其对行人膝关节损伤参数的影响,分析了行人腿部与不同前部结构参数的汽车相碰撞的受力特点.提出了适当降低保险杠及发动机罩前端的高度、使汽车前部结构接近流线型、加宽保险杠前端面上下之间的作用宽度等改进汽车前部结构特性的主要措施.
【Abstract】 Based on the multi-body pedestrian model with advanced knee structure developed by Prof.Yang J.K.,which has been proved to have a good biofidelity,a car-pedestrian impact simulation model was developed.By changing the structure,such as bumper and hood,the major factors that influence the knee injury parameters were investigated.The mechanisms of the pedestrian leg during car-pedestrian impact under different parameters of car front were analyzed.Some methods to improve the car-front structure were proposed,such as the lowering of the height of the bumper and the hood lead,the design of the front structure in stream line,and the increase of the vertical width of the bumper.
