幼儿前期男性血红蛋白参考值与海拔高度的曲线模型分析

【摘要】 为制定中国幼儿前期男性血红蛋白参考值的统一标准提供科学依据.收集了中国45个单位用氰化高铁血红蛋白(H iCN)法测定的5 429例健康幼儿前期男性血红蛋白参考值,用曲线回归分析的方法,研究其与海拔高度之间的关系.结果发现:随着海拔高度的逐渐增高,幼儿前期男性血红蛋白参考值按指数律也在逐渐增大,相关性很显著(R=0.565,F=20.21,P=0.0001);推导出了一个指数曲线模型:Y^=116.0 e0.00004679X±15.9.并依据幼儿前期男性血红蛋白参考值与地理因素的依赖关系,把中国分为青藏区、中部区、东部区.

【Abstract】 This paper aims at supplying a scientific basis for unifing the normal reference value standard of hemoglobin of Chinese toddler boy.The reference values of 5429 Chinese healthy toddler boy’s hemoglobin tested in 45 areas are collected and processed in order to explore the relationship between the reference value of Chinese toddler boy’s hemoglobin and altitude by using curvilinear regression analysis.It is found that the reference value of Chinese toddler boy’s hemoglobin gradually increases by index law,as the altitude gradually increases,the correlation is quite significant(R=0.565,F=20.21,P=0.0001).One curvilinear regression model is given out in form of Y^=116.0e0.00004679X±15.9. According to the dependent relationship of Chinese toddler boy’s hemoglobin to altitude,(China) can be divided into three geographical regions,that is,Qingzang region,Central region,Eastern region.
