【摘要】 目的验证以专用器具一次性宫腔针行宫颈管宫腔麻醉人工流产负压吸宫无痛技术临床应用的效果和可行性。方法设计观察项目、随机分组对照的方法。结果实验组无痛为58.58%,P<0.005;轻度疼痛39.63%,P>0.05;重度疼痛1.85%,P<0.005;人流综合征(RAAS)0.12%,P<0.005;宫颈松弛度:0级11.7%,P<0.005;1级55.5%,P<0.005;2级32.8%,P<0.005;术中出血量平均16.06 mL±10.65 mL,P>0.05;术者独立完成率99.77%,P>0.05;离床时间≤7 min 99.19%,无损伤率100%。结论专用器具一次性宫腔针行宫颈管宫腔麻醉人工流产负压吸宫无痛技术的临床应用,有效、安全、简单、易于操作,能开展人工流产术的医疗机构都能使用这种方法。尤其适用于基层。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To confirm the effect and feasibility of application of discarded uterus needle anesthesia during artificial abortion of no-pain suction.Methods The items was designed and randomly division was performed.Results There was no pain of 58.8%,severe pain 85%,RAAS of 0.12% with significant difference.The chalasia degree was 11.7% of O degree,Conclusion This method might be safe,simple,effective and feasible that fit for the basic hospital.更多还原
