大手孔隧道混凝土管片裂纹的成因分析及改善措施

【摘要】 结合武汉市长江过江隧道管片生产的实际情况,针对管片在生产过程中手孔位置产生的规律性裂缝,从材料配合比、设备、生产工艺与养护制度等几个方面分析了裂缝产生的原因,并提出了相应的改善措施。

【Abstract】 Combining practical situation in the segment producing of ChangJiang River tunnel in Wuhan, to the regular cracking appeared in the hand hole in the producing process, we discuss and analyze the reason of cracking from mix proportion of material , equipment, production technology and curing schedule, the prevention measure are presented.
