不同助凝剂助凝去除水中痕量磷的研究
Study on removal improvement of trace phosphorus in water by different coagulating aids
【摘要】 通过混凝试验,比较了聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)和高锰酸钾复合药剂(PPC)两种助凝剂助凝去除水中痕量磷的效果,研究了各助凝剂的最佳投量,考察了助凝剂的投加时间对混凝除磷效果的影响,并研究了两种助凝剂联合使用的助凝效果.结果表明,聚丙烯酰胺和高锰酸钾复合药剂均具有较好的助凝效果,聚丙烯酰胺效果更加明显;随着聚丙烯酰胺量的增加,助凝除磷率提高,实际应用时应找到混凝剂和助凝剂的最佳投加比,随高锰酸钾复合药剂投量的增加,除磷率先增后减,存在最佳投量;PAM的最佳投加时间为混凝中速搅拌时投加,PPC的最佳投加时间为紧随混凝荆迅速投加;PAM和PPC联用助凝效果更加显著.
【Abstract】 Through coagulation experiments,the effects of polyacrylamide (PAM) and per- manganate composite chemicals (PPC) on improving phosphorus removal,the optimal dos- age of them,the effects of adding time on the removal efficiency and the effect of the combi- nation of PAM and PPC are studied.The results showed that PAM and PPC can both impro- ving phosphorus removal efficiency of coagulation and PAM presents better.The more PAM added,the higher removal efficiency presents.The optimal ratio of coagulant and coagulating aid should be found,considering PAM is expensive.The removal efficiency goes up firstly then down with the dosage of PPC increased and the optimal dosage exists.The best time to add PAM is at the medium speed of stilting and it is immediately after coagulant for PPC. The combination of PAM and PPC presents even better effect than using one of them singly.
