曝气生物滤池处理尿素解吸废水的启动性能研究

【摘要】 研究了曝气生物滤池(B iologicalAerated Filter,BAF)处理尿素解吸废水的启动规律.通过对污泥驯化、挂膜启动试验分析,探讨了BAF挂膜过程中尿素去除率随时间的变化、微生物相变化以及氮元素的转化规律.采用复合式接种挂膜方法,将污泥驯化和挂膜过程分开,逐渐加大进水流量.在挂膜试验开始第14d,尿素去除率达到85%以上,系统启动成功.BAF处理尿素解吸废水的启动规律的研究对解决尿素解吸废水的污染和处理问题具有一定意义.

【Abstract】 The article demonstrated the start-up law of BAF(Biological Aerated Filter) in treating the wastewater containing urea by making tests with it on the active sludge culture domestication and film formation,analyzed the urea removal rate during operation period as well as the characteristics of microorganism and discussed the conversion regulation of the chemical element of Nitrogen in BAF.The experiment adopts the method of compound start-up with inoculums,which domesticates firstly,then start-up of the bioreactor.The removal efficiency of reaches over 85% in fourteen days from the start-up,which means the form-film of the system succeed.It is of great importance to apply the start-up rule of Biological Aerated Filter(BAF) in treating the wastewater containing urea to solve the urea wastewater pollution.
