膜扩散最优方程的提出和验证
Proposal and Test of the Optimized Boyd Theca-diffusion Equation
【摘要】 为方便地判断液膜扩散机理,利用数学的Maclanrin展开式和Lagerange余项,从Boyd方程推导出在一定条件下,膜扩散的最优方程F=kt.利用该方程进行实验验证,结果证实:离子交换速率的大小与树脂直径的大小成反比,这与利用Boyd膜扩散的基本方程判断离子交换动力学的实验结果一致.用该方程判断液膜扩散机理更加简便、快速.
【Abstract】 Maclanrin expansion and Lagerange reminder can be used to deduce Boyd equation into an optimized theca-diffusion equation F=kt to determine the theca-diffusion mechanism more conveniently.Experiment was made to test the equation and proved that there is an inverse ratio between exchanging speed and the diameter of resin,which is the same as the result from using traditional Boy theca-diffusion equation,but is simpler and more practical to test the theca-diffusion mechanism.
