【摘要】 目的围绕校外临床教学基地建设的基本框架,结合护理本科教育中临床教学基地建设存在的主要问题,探索加强校外临床护理教学基地优化建设的对策。方法着眼于建设与评估,构建政府、学院、基地3方互相融合的校外临床教学基地优化建设模式和评估指标体系,对我院15所校外教学基地进行教学水平评审。结果通过初步实践,将部分校外临床教学基地建设成具有一定教学和管理水平的优秀基地。结论通过加强校外临床护理教学基地优化建设的探索与实践,赋予了校外临床教学基地新的功能与内涵。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Based on the basic framework of clinical teaching base,combined with the problems in the construction of clinical teaching bases for baccalaureate nursing education,to explore the strategies of optimized construction of clinical nursing teaching bases.Method Focused on construction and evaluation,the optimized construction mode and evaluation system were established which integrated the government,nursing school and teaching bases.Then,15 clinical teaching bases were evaluated.Result As a result,some clinical nursing teaching bases became excellent bases with high level of teaching and management.Conclusion Through the exploration and practice of the optimized construction,the clinical teaching bases were endowed with new functions and meaning.更多还原
