【摘要】 目的降低护理风险的发生率,确保医疗护理安全。方法加强护理安全教育,提高护士的风险意识和风险防范能力;完善护理规章制度,制定护理应急预案与程序;加强护理风险监控,注重护理记录检查。结果护士的风险意识提高,两年来,全院无护理纠纷和严重护理差错事故发生,一般护理差错明显减少。结论注重护理风险管理,加强风险教育、检查,可有效化解护理风险,减少护理纠纷和护理事故的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To reduce nursing risks and guarantee nursing safety.Method The following measures were carried out,such as strengthening the education of nursing safety,enhancing nurses’ risk awareness and risk safeguard competence,perfecting rules and regulations,establishing emergency project,enforcing risk supervision and control,and paying close attention to the check of nursing records.Result As a result,nurses’ risk awareness was improved.In the recent two years,no nursing disputes and serious nursing errors occurred,and the minor nursing errors were reduced obviously.Conclusion Paying close attention to the risk management and strengthening risk education,training and check could effectively relieve nursing risks,reduce nursing disputes and nursing accidents.更多还原
