【摘要】 目的:探讨带锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折的疗效。方法:自2002年6月至2005年6月使用带锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折67例,均取前外侧切口,扩髓、行静力型固定。结果:平均随访16个月(6-28个月)。切口均一期愈合。66例手术后4-8个月骨折骨性愈合,1例手术后6个月改为动力型固定,11个月愈合,无其他合并症。膝关节功能按Merchant评分标准评定,优良率92.5%。结论:带锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折可获得满意疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the curative effect of the interlocking nail for fracture of femoral shaft.Methods:This study review 67 cases of fracture of femoral shaft treated with locking intramedullary nail fixation from June 2002 to June 2005.The insision was anterolateral、expanding marrow cavity、static fixation.fResults:The average following-up survey was 16 months (6-28months),The insisions were the first intention.66 cases were osseous intentions 4-8months after the operations.One case was changed into dynamic fixation 6 months after the operation,It was intented after 11 months,There were no complications.The funtion of knee joint were evaluated according to the estimation standard of Merchant,The rate of exallent and favarable was 92.5%.Conclusions:The curative effect of the interlocking nail for frature of femoral shaft was satisfying.更多还原
