【摘要】 目的:探讨一种既能治疗上睑皮肤松驰又能还原原来重睑形态且切口隐蔽,术后恢复时间短的新方法。方法:保留眉头自然形态,沿设计画线切开皮肤及皮下脂肪层,全层切除皮肤及皮下组织,用6/0美容线皮内连续缝合,术后5d拆线。结果:临床手术63例年龄32-63岁,术后随访6个月~2年,效果均满意。结论:眉部整形术具有治疗上睑皮肤松驰、减少睑部皱纹、使睑侧上提起到年轻化的良好美容效果,还可祛除不良文眉,使受术者面部整体上更加协调完美。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss a new treament which can not only cure blepharochalasis,but also make the incision recover to the perfect soon after operation.Methods:Keep the natural shape of eyebrows,incise the skin to its subcutaneous fat.and then cut the skin as well as its subcutaneous tissue.Make an intradermic suture with 6/0 cosmeic thread.Remove the stitches in 5 days.Results:Clinical operations have been made on 63 patients of 32-63 years old,with regular visits to the operated patients for 6 months to 2 years.The results are satisfactory.Conclusion:Eyebrow plastic operation can blepharochalasis,lessen lid wrinkles and make the face look more beautiful.更多还原
