脉冲放电等离子体烟气脱硫脱硝工业试验研究

【摘要】 40 000~50 000 Nm3/h工业试验结果表明,烟气温度75~80℃,脱硫效率>90%,脱硝效率>40%,烟气温度90~95℃,脱硫效率>80%,脱硝效率>50%;脉冲能耗<3 W h/Nm3;随着温度升高,SO2热化学反应效率逐渐降低;随着氨硫化学计量比增大,氨泄漏逐渐增加,烟气温度90~95℃,氨泄漏增加更为迅速。并分析了副产物的成分,阐述了脱硫脱硝的机理,并探讨了烟气排放的温度。

【Abstract】 Industrial experiments have been conducted on an industrial middle scale set with the flue gas flow at 40 000 to 50 000 Nm3/h and the results indicate as follows: the removal rates of SO2 and NOx are over 90% and 40% respectively at the temperature of 7580℃;however,while the temperature is in the range of 9095℃,the removal rates of SO2 and NOx are over 80% and 50%,respectively;the energy consumption of pulsed corona is less than 3 Wh/Nm3;SO2 removal rate via the thermal reaction declines gradually with the temperature increasing;in addition,with the stoichiometric ratio of NH3 and SO2 increasing,NH3 leakage increases,and rather large amount of NH3 leakage is observed while the temperature is from 90 to 95℃.Meanwhile,the ingredient of the by-product is investigated,and the mechanisms of desulphurization and denitrification and the outlet gas temperature are discussed in this paper.
