乙酰苯胺的微波合成研究
Study on the Synthesis of Acetanilide under Microwave Radiation
【摘要】 报导了采用微波辐射技术,以苯胺、冰乙酸为原料,在锌粉的作用下反应合成乙酰苯胺的方法。同时对影响收率诸因素进行了考察,确定了最佳反应条件:反应温度为100℃、微波功率为400 W、辐射时间为15 min、原料配比为1∶2.5时,乙酰苯胺的收率也从常规加热反应的55%提升到了70%左右。缩短了反应时间,提高了反应速率和收率。
【Abstract】 The acetanilide was synthesized under the action of microwave irradiation from phenylamine,glacial acetic acid that acted as raw material and zinc that acted as catalyst.The factors that influence the yield were studied,and the optimized reaction conditions were determined,i.e.reaction temperature was 100℃,microwave irradiation power was(600 W) irradiation time was(15 min),and the ratio of phenylamine to glacial acetic was 1∶2.5.And under this reaction conditions,the yield of acetanilide was enhanced from 55% to 70%,reaction time was shortened,and the reaction rate was raised.
