【摘要】 介绍了采用结型场效应管3DJ7I和集成运算放大器INA155组成的一种单电源电荷灵敏放大器电路的设计,电路具有单电源、低电压、低功耗的特点,适合在半导体个人剂量仪等便携式低功耗的仪器中应用。

【Abstract】 A single supply charge-sensitive amplifier is described here.This amplifier is based on JFET 3DJ7I and op-amp INA155,and has characteristic of low power supply and low power consumption.It’s suitable for being used in portable low power instruments,such as semiconductor detector personal dosimeter.
