【摘要】 分析了传统的科技期刊稿件管理模式的不足;重点阐述了科技期刊稿件的网络化管理,应实现投稿、审稿和查询检索等稿件管理流程网络化;并对编辑出版领域的网络化发展进行了展望。

【Abstract】 The shortcomings in a traditional science & technology magazine management model were analyzed.the network management of science & technology magazine manuscripts was stressed,which makes contribution,auditing,query and so on possible in network way and the prospects of network development in editorial & publishing line were carried out.
