【Abstract】 The cover panel press line of the vehicle body is the key facility in the production of automobiles,and its productivity and the panel’s quality have a direct effect on the productivity and quality of products.The control system of the robot-based automation line undertakes such tasks as controlling presses,robots and conveyors and monitoring the whole production process.In the paper,the control system is formed by means of SIEMENS PLC,the PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus,and the industrial configuration software WinCC.更多还原
