【摘要】 选取黑龙江省1990~2005年环境与经济数据,利用相关性分析的结果,建立环境经济计量模型,研究黑龙江省环境质量与经济增长演替轨迹.计量分析结果显示,黑龙江省人均GDP与主要环境指标之间没有明显的EKC关系,黑龙江省近16年环境保护工作取得了显著成效,促进了环境质量的改善;同时产业结构调整有利于减少污染物排放.更多还原

【Abstract】 Utilizing the relativity analysis results,the econometric analysis model is applied to study the environmental quality and economic growth by time series data of Heilongjiang Province from 1990 to 2005.The results show that the relationship between GDP per capita and main environmental indicators doesn’t take on inverted-U shape.The environmental protection has great effect on Heilongjiang Province and it promotes the improvement of the environment.The industrial framework adjustment is good for reducing the discharge of pollutants.更多还原
