【Abstract】 A method of rapid isolation of total RNA was developed by using Irpex lacteus as test materials.Isolation time is short in the method: the whole course of isolating RNA from hypha only needs an hour.Purity of RNA is high: test it by ultraviolet spectrophotometer,A260/A280 is from 1.9 to 2.0.Integrity is high: the lighteness of 28S rRNA is as twice as the lighteness of 18S rRNA by analysis of gel electrophoresis;the method does not need use special apparatus and special medicines.The method has a few obvious advantages.Its purity and integrity could wholly make the need of molecular biology and other fields.更多还原
