【摘要】 目的:探讨中低位直肠癌术后复发的原因与预防。方法:对1995年1月至2005年12月间收治的中低位(肿瘤下缘距肛缘<8cm以下)直肠癌98例手术治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:手术后复发者有20例,复发时间为3个月至3年,分析发现复发与病理类型、病期与术式选择有一定的关系(P<0.05)。结论:根据不同患者的病理类型、病期及肿瘤的位置选用合适的术式,完整地切除直肠系膜及清除癌旁组织是提高临床疗效的重要条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the causes and prevention of postoperative local recurrence in middle/lower rectal carcinoma.Method: The data of 98 cases of operated rectal carcinoma with the distance of 8cm from the anus were analyzed retrospectively in1995.1 to 2005.12.Result: 20 cases were fund local recurrence.The recurrence time was 3～36months.The Recurrence was related to the histological type,depth of invasion and the resection method.Conclusion: The histological type,depth of invasion,radical resection of tumor margin and unscientific nanal preservation are the prominent factors for the postoperative recurrence of middle/lower rectal carcinoma.更多还原
