阳离子染料可染聚酯抗凝血性能研究

【摘要】 采用间苯二甲酸双羟乙酯-5-磺酸钠(SIPE)与对苯二甲酸乙二酯(BHET)共聚合成阳离子可染聚酯(CDP),并对CDP进行了离子交换处理。利用动态凝血实验和血小板粘附实验研究了CDP的抗凝血性能。结果表明,随着SIPE摩尔分数的增加,CDP抗凝血程度先增加后减少,摩尔分数在6%时,抗凝血性能最好。离子交换后的CDP的抗凝血性能优于未经离子交换的CDP,扫描电镜观察表明,离子交换处理有效地阻止了血小板的粘附、集聚和形变。

【Abstract】 Cationic dyeable polyester (CDP) was prepared from 5-sodium sulfo bis (-hydroxyethyl) isophthalate (SIPE) and di-2-hydroxyethyl terphthalate (BHET) and was supposed to ion exchange treatment. The antithrombogenic properties of CDP were studied by kinetic clotting experiment and platelet adhesion experiment. The results showed that the antithrombogenic degree of CDP was increased first and then decreased with the increase of SIPE mole fraction and was maximized at 6% SIPE content by mole fraction. CDP was better in antithrombogenicy after ion exchange treatment. The SEM observation showed that the ion exchange treatment hindered the adhesion, accumulation and deformation of blood platelet efficiently.
