【摘要】 目的观察密骨补肾丸治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法将44例骨质疏松症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各22例。治疗组予密骨补肾丸,每次1丸,每日2次;对照组予钙尔-奇D 2粒,每日2次口服,维生素D3500 U,每日2次口服,降钙素100 U,肌肉注射。观察2组肾虚证候改善情况及2组腰椎1~4骨密度改变情况。结果肾虚证候改善方面,治疗组总有效率95.8%,对照组86.4%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。骨密度改变方面2组治疗前后比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论密骨补肾丸能显著提高骨密度,改善肾虚证候,对绝经后骨质疏松症有良好的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Migubugu Pill on postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods 44 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis werZe randomly divided into two groups.22 patients in the treatment group were administered Migubishen Pill one pill each time, twice a day.22 patients in the control group were treatment with Caltrate-D,two tablets each time,two times daily with Vitamin D3,Calcitonin 100 U intramuscular injection.The symptom of renal deficiency and bone density of L_1～4 were investigated after treatment in both groups.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 95.8% and 86.4% respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups （P<0.05）.The bone density of L_1～4 was significant improved in the treatment group compared with the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion Migubugu Pill has good effect on postmenopausal osteoporosis.更多还原
