【摘要】 目的观察清胃散口服液治疗急性牙髓炎的临床疗效。方法90例急性牙髓炎的患者随机分为2组。治疗组45例予清胃散口服液125 ml,日2次口服,连用7日为1个疗程,同时局部丁香油水门汀安抚治疗14日;对照组45例单纯丁香油水门汀安抚治疗14日。观察2组治疗前后症状、体征的变化。结果治疗组总有效率91.1%,治愈率80.0%。对照组总有效率66.6%,治愈率33.3%。2组总有效率、治愈率比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论清胃散口服液配合丁香油水门汀治疗急性牙髓炎早期可提高治愈率,临床疗效显著,且无任何毒副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qingweisan on acute pulpitis.Methods 90 patients with acute pulpitis were randomly divided into two groups.45 patients in the treatment group were administrated Qingweisan 125 mililiter,twice a day for continuous seven days and applied with clove oil for fourteen days.45 patients in the control group were only applied with clove oil for fourteen days.The symptoms and sign were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate and the cure rate in the treatment group was 91.1% and 80.8% respectively and 66.6% and(33.3%) in the control group respectively,There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingweisan combined with clove oil has a definite effect on acute pulpitis in the early stage and there is no adverse effect observed.更多还原
