时间分辨荧光免疫分析技术在检测乙肝标志物中的应用评价

【摘要】 目的:评价时间分辨荧光免疫分析(TRFIA)技术在检测乙肝标志物中的应用价值。方法:采用TRF法对5项乙肝标志物检测,并同时进行微粒子酶免技术(MEIA)及ELISA法检测并统计分析。结果:乙肝标志物5项指标的日间变异系数均在5%以下,批内精密度的变异系数<5%,线性测定相关系数为1,各组理论值与实测值之间无差异。靶值与实测值有统计学意义(P<0.01)。乙肝标志物5项指标的携带互污染率小于1.5%,3种方法检测结果临床符合性一致。结论:TRF分析仪采用TRF法对乙肝标志物5项的检测中,TRF法灵敏度高,是一种比较理想的定量检测方法。

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the value of the time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay(TRFIA) on detecting the immune markers of hepatitis B virus.Methods: By TRF,the study detected five immune markers of hepatitis B virus comparing with those detected by the methods of micro particle enzyme immunoassay(MEIA) and ELISA.Results: The variance ratios of immune markers of hepatitis B virus were below 5%,the variance ratios of precision were below 5%,and all linear correlative coefficients between theoretical and practical values were 1 in all the five serum HBV markers.The mutual pollution rates of immune markers of viral B hepatitis were below(1.5%.) All the results by the three methods accorded with the clinic diagnosis.Conclusion: TRF is a perfect quantitative method in detecting hepatitis B virus.
