抽油杆钢组织的转变分析与工艺改进

【摘要】 针对石钢公司开发的抽油杆钢出现的组织不均匀性和异常组织,通过现场测定不同冷却条件下钢材的金相组织,得出了化学成分、冷却工艺与组织形态之间的关系,据此为轧后控制冷却制定了合理的冷却工艺,从而改善了抽油杆钢材的组织,提高了钢材的综合性能。

【Abstract】 With metallographic structures checked on the site under different cooling conditions,the relation between chemical component,cooling process and structure is got.According to that the reasonable process for controlled cooling after rolling is laid down and consequently the structure of oildrawing pole steel improved and its comprehensive properties got better.
