【Abstract】 120 grass carps were divided into 4 groups(every group as 30) which included control group(fed with base diet),Group Ⅰ(fed with base diet+500Uphy),Group Ⅱ(fed with base diet+1000Uphy),Guoup Ⅲ(fed with base diet+1500Uphy).The results showed:The grass carp diet with the addition of phytase could improve average daily gain and average daily feed intake,decrease death rate and reduce feed conversion rate.The grass carp diet with the addition of phytase(500U·Kg-1～1000U·Kg-1) could enhance dissolution of phytic acid,increase the utilization rate of phosphony,decrease the phosphony in excrements.更多还原
