【Abstract】 The only way out to run a standardized school operation for the elementary education in underdeveloped areas is to improve the all-around quality education,promote educational equity and meet the growing demands of qualified personnel in social development.We do not only learn that the state is quite capable and exerting its efforts to put the elementary education in the underdeveloped areas on to the right track of standardized school operation,but also realize that it is the fundamental reform of the whole educational system from "multiform" school running to standardization.Thus,new education concepts must be refreshed,school standard adjusted,teaching facilities improved and management reformed.更多还原
