热送直轧过程中感应线圈壁厚对补热效率的影响
The Influence of the Thickness of Induction Coil Wall on Induction Heating Efficiency During the Hot Delivery and Direct Rolling
【摘要】 根据电磁感应和热传导理论,针对线圈壁厚对系统效率的影响,利用ANSYS对连铸坯在感应补热过程中多物理场的耦合问题进行了有限元解析与模拟,定量化地得到线圈壁厚对热效率的影响规律,发现感应线圈壁厚为3 mm时,感应器的热效率最高;感应线圈壁厚对铸坯补热后的断面温度及其分布无影响。这对感应补热装置的设计及热送直轧工艺的实施提供了重要的参考依据。
【Abstract】 This paper analyses and simulates the physics coupling fields of the nduction heating process of the continuous casting square billet according to electromagnetic induction and heat exchange theory in ANSYS.Quantificationally,we obtain the rule of the induction coil wall thick with the thermal efficiency and find when it is 3mm,the thermal efficiency of inductor is the highest.The induction coil wall thickness isn’t influenced by the temperature and its distribution of the casting billet after the induction heating.This provides important reference for the design of induction heating apparatus and putting the technology of hot deliery and direct rolling in practice.
