【Abstract】 Analysis were carried out on the structure and composition of researchers in Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences from 2003 to 2005,with related data on research awards obtained,education basis and ages of the researchers.Problems and measures were suggested.Strengthening the subject research group,cooperation among different groups and young research education will be useful for the future development.更多还原
