D-核糖发酵液活性炭与离子交换树脂联合脱色工艺研究

【摘要】 微生物发酵液的脱色是发酵法制备生化物的主要单元操作.活性炭脱色和离子交换脱色是常用的两种脱色方法.本文以D-核糖发酵液为体系,充分利用活性炭与离子交换树脂脱色的优点,在确定离子交换树脂脱色工艺的基础上,确定D-核糖发酵液活性炭与离子交换树脂联合脱色工艺,为工业化生产降低分离费用提供了理论与技术.

【Abstract】 The discoloration of microorganism fermentation broth is the main operation unit. Active carbon discoloration and ion-exchange discoloration are typical discolor methods. The research system in this article is D-ribose fermentation broth. The metrics to the active carbon and ion exchange discoloration were used. On the base of ion-exchange resin dis- coloration process was made, the process of active carbon with ion-exchange resin discoloration were established, the theories and technical for reducing separating charge in the industrialized production were provided.
