基于遗传算法的数量折扣订货模型求解
Solution of Ordering Model with Quantity Discount Based on Genetic Algorithms
【摘要】 在供应链管理中,针对供应商给出的数量折扣优惠,订货商采用合适的订货策略可以提高自己的利润.本文针对多供应商条件下具有数量折扣的订货模型,给出了基于遗传算法的求解方法,并加以实例说明.利用该算法可以确定多供应商条件下,订货商的订货量在各供应商之间的分配及经济订货批量,并使得订货商的总成本接近最小.
【Abstract】 Considering the quantity discount suppliers provided, purchaser can take the right order tactics to increase its profit in supply chain management. According to the ordering model with quantity discount under multiple-supplier, a method was proposed based on Genetic Algorithms, and model was illustrated using a numerical example. The method can be used to determine assignment of purchaser’s ordering quantity and economic order quantity, and make the purcha- ser’s total cost reach to the minimum .
